The space

Immediately upon arrival, the living area beckons! The open-concept living/dining space features coffered ceilings and modern, yet inviting decor complemented by brand-new finishes. Cook and entertain in the fully equipped kitchen complete with breakfast bar and stainless-steel appliances, including microwave, toaster, dishwasher and Keurig coffeemaker. Relax in comfort in the well-appointed living room, with its comfortable couches and enough seating for the whole family. Enjoy movie night on the 83" tv screen and state-of-the art surround sound. In fact, the whole house is wired for peak audio enjoyment as well as wireless internet access throughout.

Guest access

The property is located in the heart of Naples! There are lots of sandy beaches in the area to choose from as well as plenty of restaurants and lounges. The house is for our guests' full enjoyment. In addition to the living and dining spaces, the Napoli's generous sleeping quarters are sure to satisfy. There are three bedrooms. The two largest feature king and queen beds respectively, ensuite bathrooms, cable television, AC and built-in audio. The primary bedroom features walk-in closets, and a walkout to the pool (more on that in a moment). The third bedroom features two bunkbeds, cable TV and AC, and has a separate bathroom with standalone shower. All rooms offer varying outdoor views of the property and surrounding area. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors on the patio which features a spacious dining space with outdoor kitchen amenities, a sparkling pool, hot tub, outdoor sound system, fire pit, and more. It's a private oasis, the highlight of which being the saltwater pool and hot tub area with its own private bathroom and outdoor shower.

Other details

The house is equipped with a 2-car garage and generous driveway parking. There are 6 bikes (4 for adults and 2 for kids), and family-friendly extras such as high chair, booster seats, and playpens for our tiny guests.
